Bean & Brew, a coffee shop on the Upper East Side, has extended its hours to open earlier on weekdays. Starting April 14, the shop will open at 6:30 a.m. instead of 8 a.m. The change responds to customer demand from commuters and early risers. Weekend hours remain unchanged. Bean & Brew also plans to introduce new breakfast pastries in the coming weeks.
