The Brass Spoon, a casual American eatery on Amsterdam Avenue, has introduced weekend brunch service starting April 17. The new brunch menu includes classic fare such as eggs Benedict, pancakes, and avocado toast.
Management cited neighborhood demand and positive feedback from regular diners as reasons for the expansion. Brunch will be served Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are accepted but not required.
