The menu includes oysters, lobster rolls, and a rotating selection of fish sourced from the Northeast. Seating is communal and the service is counter-style.
Operators say the location aims to attract both local office workers and weekend visitors. Pier 9 is the first standalone spot by the team behind Harbor Grill in Brooklyn.
