The forthcoming restaurant, named Terra, will focus on farm-to-<a href="https://nycrestaurantvoice.com/chelseas-green-table-shifts-to-seasonal-menu-focus-20260417205849/">table</a> seasonal dishes.

Santini has partnered with local farmers in the borough to source ingredients. Terra is expected to open in <a href="https://nycrestaurantvoice.com/new-italian-trattoria-opens-in-williamsburg-20260418071518/">Williamsburg</a> this summer in a converted warehouse space.

This move reflects a broader trend of acclaimed chefs exploring Brooklyn neighborhoods for innovative dining projects.
