Sakura Sushi, located on West 45th Street, has updated its menu to include more vegetarian and vegan options. The changes come after customer feedback and an internal review.

New dishes include a vegetable tempura platter, a seaweed salad with seasonal vegetables, and tofu nigiri. The sushi chef, Kenji Tanaka, said the restaurant aims to accommodate a broader range of dietary preferences while maintaining traditional preparation methods.

The restaurant continues to serve its signature nigiri and sashimi dishes alongside the new vegetarian items.
