The Copper Pot, a gastropub on the Lower East Side, has unveiled a revamped menu emphasizing seasonal ingredients. The update includes new small plates and mains designed to reflect spring produce.
Chef partner Jonathan Lee said the changes aim to provide a lighter, fresher dining experience following a winter menu cycle. Signature cocktails have also been refreshed to complement the food.
The Copper Pot has been operating since 2020 and remains popular with locals seeking an informal dining option in the neighborhood.
