Ramen & Bao, located on Orchard Street, has unveiled a new seasonal menu effective this week. The menu introduces several rotating dishes emphasizing spring ingredients such as ramps, asparagus, and shiitake mushrooms.

The kitchen has added a vegetarian ramen option and a bao bun featuring smoked tofu and pickled vegetables, diversifying its previous offerings largely centered on pork and chicken. The beverage program now includes Japanese craft beers and a small selection of natural wines.

Owner and chef Kenji Saito indicated the update aims to appeal to health-conscious diners while maintaining the restaurant’s casual, intimate atmosphere.
