Café Amélie in Greenwich Village announced a temporary closure for renovations beginning April 20. The café plans to update its interior and expand seating capacity.
Management expects to reopen in early June. Regular customers will be informed of progress through social media channels. The café has been a fixture in the Village since 2012.
