Le Petit Rive, a French bistro in the West Village, has rolled out a seasonal menu for spring. The updated offerings include lighter dishes featuring fresh vegetables, early spring herbs, and seafood. Notable additions are a pea and mint soup and a sole meunière with asparagus.
Chef Marc Dupont says the menu reflects the changing availability of ingredients and a desire to cater to diners looking for fresher, less heavy options after winter. The wine list has also been updated to highlight lighter whites and rosés. The bistro continues to operate with its usual reservations system and indoor seating capacity.
