Chef Isabelle Grant, who led the <a href="https://nycrestaurantvoice.com/goop-kitchen-launches-delivery-only-service-in-new-york-city-20260418014022/">kitchen</a> at Le Bernardin until 2024, has opened a new <a href="https://nycrestaurantvoice.com/new-seafood-spot-opens-in-chelsea-market-20260417205913/">seafood</a> <a href="https://nycrestaurantvoice.com/801-restaurant-group-files-for-chapter-11-amid-financial-restructuring-20260418014016/">restaurant</a> called Shoreline in Tribeca. The menu features seasonal, sustainably sourced fish with <a href="https://nycrestaurantvoice.com/lettuce-wraps-offer-a-simple-textured-dish-for-home-cooks-20260418013947/">simple</a> preparations emphasizing natural flavors. Shoreline occupies a space previously held by a sushi restaurant.

The restaurant opened quietly last week and offers a tasting menu alongside à la carte options. The interior is minimalist, with wood and stone finishes. Shoreline aims to attract local residents and office workers with midday and evening service.

Grant said she wanted to create a place focused on freshness and restraint after years of working in fine dining. Shoreline is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
