Café Dulce, a Latin American bakery, opened recently at 125th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem. The bakery offers pastries and breads inspired by countries like Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

Owners Lucia and Rafael Morales aim to bring traditional recipes to the neighborhood, including guava-filled empanadas, tres leches cake, and pan de yuca. The space also features coffee sourced from Latin American growers.
