Chef Maya Lin has been named executive chef at The Green Fork, a farm-to-table restaurant in Williamsburg. Lin previously worked at several notable New York restaurants, including Blue Hill and Gramercy Tavern.
Her focus will be on locally sourced ingredients with seasonal menus. The Green Fork plans to update its offerings starting next month. Lin’s appointment coincides with the restaurant’s effort to attract more neighborhood diners.
