Chef Ana Morales has been named executive chef at Union Market, a new food hall concept in Williamsburg. Morales previously worked at several Manhattan restaurants including a stint at a Michelin-starred venue. At Union Market, she will oversee a team managing multiple stalls featuring local and international cuisines. The food hall plans to open in late spring with an emphasis on sustainability and local sourcing.
