Chef Ana Morales has been named executive chef at The Greene Room, a contemporary American restaurant in Tribeca. Morales previously worked at several Michelin-starred establishments in the city, including Blue Hill and Gramercy Tavern.

At The Greene Room, Morales plans to emphasize seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with a focus on vegetable-forward dishes. The restaurant’s owner said Morales’ vision aligns with their commitment to sustainability and refined comfort food.

Morales will oversee both the kitchen and the menu redesign set to debut in late spring. The Greene Room opened in 2023 and has received steady neighborhood patronage.
